1. Research Use Only

All products sold by InterPeptide are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use, food additives, cosmetics, or any household applications. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or institution.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from InterPeptide.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders placed via Online Bank Payment remain in PENDING status until payment is confirmed, typically within 1 business day of transfer. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.

4. Fulfillment

Your order is shipped directly from our licensed U.S. peptide fulfillment partner. InterPeptide verifies every supplier, COA, and package before it leaves the lab. Processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping is available on orders of $375 or more.

6. Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened products cannot be returned due to the temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no charge if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

InterPeptide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
