Returns & Refunds
Because research peptides are temperature-sensitive materials, our return policy is narrower than a typical e-commerce store — but we always make damaged or defective shipments right.
Opened product
Not eligible for return once the vial seal is broken. This protects you and the integrity of the peptide.
Unopened product
Returnable within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping), as long as vial and seal are intact.
Damaged / defective
Replaced or fully refunded — just send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
How to request a return
- Email support@interpeptide.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We respond within 1 business day with a return authorization number (RMA) and return address.
- Ship the unopened item back with tracking — you cover return shipping on non-defective returns.
- Refunds are issued back to your original bank account within 3–7 business days of receipt.
Damaged or incorrect shipment
If the vial arrives broken, the powder is free-flowing / hydrated, or you received the wrong product, email support@interpeptide.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the damaged vial or incorrect item
- Photo of the shipping box (exterior) and all packing material
We will replace the affected product at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
Cancellations
You can cancel a PENDING order (bank payment not yet received) any time by emailing us. Once payment is confirmed and the order is forwarded to our fulfillment partner, we can no longer cancel — but you can still use the damaged / defective path above if something arrives wrong.
Refunds to bank accounts
Because our current payment method is direct bank transfer, refunds are issued as a bank transfer back to the account you paid from. Please confirm your bank details with support so we can send the refund.
