What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in scientific research and laboratory studies. They are synthesized for in-vitro research purposes and are not intended for human consumption.
What purity are your peptides?
All our peptides are HPLC-verified to ≥99% purity. Each product ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity, identity, and quality testing results.
Who fulfills my order?
InterPeptide partners with a licensed U.S. peptide manufacturer who ships your order directly from their cold-stored lab in the United States. This keeps pricing competitive and ensures peptides remain at the right temperature until dispatch. All QC, COAs and packaging meet our standards.
How do you ship orders?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped via USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–5 business days in-transit). All packages are discreetly packaged with no product name visible on the exterior. Free shipping on orders over $375.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
Right now we accept Online Bank Payment (direct bank transfer). After you place your order you will receive an email with our bank details and a reference number. Your order ships as soon as payment is confirmed — usually within 1 business day. Additional payment options are coming soon.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as your order is still PENDING (bank payment not yet received) you can email us to cancel or update shipping details. Once payment is confirmed and the order is forwarded to our fulfillment partner we can no longer make changes.
Can I return or exchange products?
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns on opened product. Unopened, undisturbed product may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Defective or damaged items are replaced at no charge — just send a photo to support@interpeptide.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products sold by InterPeptide are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation.
