Straight answers about how your order gets from our fulfillment partner's cold-storage lab to your doorstep.
Payment first
Orders ship only after Online Bank Payment clears — usually within 1 business day.
Processing: 1–2 business days
Once payment is confirmed, our partner lab pulls, QC-checks, and packages your order.
Shipping: USPS Priority Mail
2–5 business days in-transit. Tracking number emailed the moment it ships.
United States only
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping coming later.
Costs
Flat-rate US shipping is $9.99. Orders of $375 or more ship FREE — the discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart qualifies.
Who actually ships your order
InterPeptide partners with a licensed U.S. peptide manufacturer. Your order ships directly from their cold-stored lab — keeping peptides at the right temperature until dispatch and keeping pricing competitive. Every package is inspected and ships with the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.
Cold chain
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides do not require refrigeration in transit, but we still ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation to minimize time at ambient temperature. For the small number of products that ship with a cold pack, we use insulated packaging and next-day upgrades where needed (we will reach out if this applies to your order).
Discreet packaging
All packages are plain, unbranded cardboard. No product names, dosage information, or InterPeptide markings appear on the exterior. The return address is the fulfillment partner's facility.
Delays & lost packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us at support@interpeptide.shop with your order number. We file a USPS trace and either redeliver or refund. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the carrier scans the package, but we'll always help you work through a lost-in-transit claim.
